Yes; this is what your fleet leader has been doing on his evenings off.
Come on; if you could play with expensive camera equipment and sparklers as if you wouldn't too.

Hmm so I log on even when I can't really play to say hi to some of the newer people so they don't think this fleet is completely dead and you are playing with sparklers? LOL. Nah, that's kinda cool. Which reminds me of a Halloween story I've told countless times:

So, there was guy we didn't like. The typical annoying guy who thought he was everyone's friend but instead just annoyed everybody etc.
So on Halloween, we decided, let's plant a big bottlerocket type of firework on his lawn, and have it fire at his living room window. (Not sure if he was even home).
Who should do this? Well the member in our group of friends we least liked(no not me). The guy we chose to do this was never asked but he was the impatient type so when we got near the victim's house, and the rest of use just bickered until he said "shut up, I'll do it." (All according to plan + he was driving the car too lol).
So he stopped the car across the street and about one house down and runs like a tard to the front of the house and plants this huge firework that looks like rocket into the lawn. SO FAR SO GOOD. He lights it, and then runs, once again like a tard, back to the car where we wait for the boom etc. Everything is perfect so far and then... Well, the giant rocket turned out to be an overgrown sparkler. It just sat there on the lawn shooting wimpy sparks everywhere. So the guy everyone hated got a sparkler show on his lawn.... Our buddy who made the sparkler run was pretty pissed off he did all that running etc just to set up a sparkler on someone's lawn BUT for the rest of us, it was all worth it ~ funnier more so because nobody knew it was a sparkler yet that guy probably still thinks we set him up lol.

I just felt like showing the fleet what a dick I am :P

mmm, but it was good fun. We also decided to put two packets of sparklers in the tow bar holder of my friends truck. We were hoping the effect would be a bit more explosive, but it wasn't :(

Are fireworks illegal in canada/US?
AFAIK sparklers are the only things we are legally allowed to use unless we have an explosives license, but you need to have a job that is involved in that otherwise you can't renew it. My dad used to have one while he still lived here, but since he moved overseas it expired :( But before we left the country we went to Canberra (Our nation capital, but also our capital for fireworks) and stocked up. We have boxes of them under our house, which should make a house fire entertaining haha.

Here firecrackers are illegal as are fireworks but for special days like the national birthday, new years and hallowenn, fireworks can be sold and used by adults. I think there is some license you need to obtain to use fireworks but it's like a 5 step common sense certificate you can do on the internet and print out. It's just a formality so people know not to aim them at people and have a bucket of water ready in case.

Oh man, later I will have to post the rest of my antics that Halloween night... There was some funny stuff.

In the US it goes by state. In my state fireworks are illegal to use but legal to sell and possess. If you buy them you have to say you are going elsewhere to use them. We used to go once a year buy a few hundred dollars worth spark up some reefer and shoot them at each other.

Some laws are funny. I will buy but not use them here....
Yeah for us it's on certain days when they are legal. When we first got driver's licenses, we drove around shooting them at each other. Well at least they were at each other I guess + it's wet and cold here by that time of year so no chance of a stray firework causing a fire or anything.
